We are pleased to inform you that, BMDAM will be organizing its 47th Annual Dinner.

BMDAM takes great pleasure to invite you to participate in our upcoming 47th Annual Dinner to be held as follows:-

Date      :  9 November 2023 (Thursday)

Time      :  5.30pm – Registration & Cocktail

                    7.00pm – Dinner

Theme  :  Glam & Glamorous

Venue   :  Imperial Ballroom (Level G)  

                    One World Hotel, First Avenue, Bandar Utama City Centre, 47800 Selangor  

We have lined up the evening with good food and music coupled with exciting programs for your enjoyment.   It will be a fun-filled evening with plenty of merrymaking and drinking. This occasion is also expected to be a night of warm fellowship and camaraderie amongst members, guests and associates.

Prices for the tables are as follows:-

  • Diamond Sponsor : RM 35,000.00
    • Entitlements for Diamond Sponsor table:-
      • Official recognition as Diamond sponsor of this dinner
      • Complimentary one booth in the foyer, display of company products & marketing collaterals including bunting (if any-provided by your goodself)
      • Company name & logo in BMDAM standing buntings prominently featured at activities area
      • Company name & logo will appear on main stage back drop
      • Company profile/corporate video or slides with audio- maximum 2 mins to be shown during dinner )
      • Appreciation Plaque
      • Complimentary 2 tables for 10 pax/table
      • Complimentary advertisement in BMDAM website for one year (advertisement space subject to BMDAM’s discretion)
      • Option to provide Corporate Profile and/or Brochures (1,000 nos) to be included into Goodies bag
      • Option to provide Corporate Gifts or Premium (1,000 nos) to be included into Goodies bag
  • Sapphire Sponsor : RM 15,000.00
    • Entitlements for Sapphire Sponsor table:-
      • Official recognition as Sapphire Sponsor of this dinner
      • Company name & logo in BMDAM Standing buntings prominently featured at activities area
      • Company name & logo will appear on Main stage back drop
      • Complimentary 1 table for 10 pax
      • Entitled for one social media post on our Facebook and Instagram about your company or latest product
      • Option to provide Corporate Profile and/or Brochures (1,000 nos) to be included into Goodies bag
      • Option to provide Corporate Gifts or Premium (1,000 nos) to be included into Goodies bag
  • Platinum Sponsor : RM3,900.00
    • One table for 10 pax
    • Option to provide Corporate Gifts or Premium (1,000 nos) to be included into Goodies bag

Note: Table seating is strictly on first-come, first-served basis.

We enclose herewith a Reservation Form for your necessary attention. All table bookings will be strictly on a “first-come, first served” basis” and is complete only with relevant remittance. To avoid missing out on better/preferred choice of table locations we would appreciate if you could place your booking early to avoid disappointment.
